A Little About Me
I have over 10 years of experience working with adults experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, co-occurring conditions, life transitions, PTSD, substance use, and parenting challenges.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from San José State University and my master’s in social work from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds, including veterans and families navigating life. I’ve also supervised an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, supporting a team that provides community-based care for people with complex mental health needs.
My personal and professional experiences have shaped my compassion and my appreciation for how much we carry, often without others seeing it. I bring curiosity, kindness, and respect for your unique story into our work together.
